Anthony Laney to lead new application support team
National eDiscovery and legal technology company DSi announced the addition of Anthony Laney as application support manager and lead of its application support team, a new division within the operations department.
Laney and his team will provide technical support for DSi’s commercial applications. This includes eDiscovery platforms such as Ipro Suite, Clearwell, internal business intelligence and evidence management applications, forensics tools and DSihold, DSi’s proprietary litigation hold process solution.
“Anthony’s a tech veteran and knows the ins and outs of numerous hardware, software and servers—much more than I could ever list by name,” said John Burchfield, president of DSi. “He’s a vital addition to our new application support team, and we’re excited to watch the ways in which he will expand the department.” Laney will also play a key role in developing and supporting DSi’s IT service management solution and support model.
Prior to joining DSi, Laney worked at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as the application system administrator. He maintained the upkeep, configuration and operation of servers in multi-user environments, ensuring that the systems met quality standards and industry best practices.
Laney is Recommind Search and Email and NetDocuments certified. He is currently working on Microsoft SQL administration certification and will achieve IPRO and ITIL certifications in 2016.
