We’re proud to announce that three of our rockstar team members have achieved VenioOne Certified Administrator certification! Jennifer Jackson, a Senior Review Manager, Ronnie Johnson, an Operations Manager, and Abbye Needham, a Senior Review Manager, all recently completed the training and testing required to become VenioOne certified.
“Clients now have three more knowledgeable resources here at DSi when a matter involves Venio — professionals who can assist them at every turn along the way,” says Needham. “It is a robust product with compelling features, and we can help them unleash its ECA, processing and data handling.”
The certification process covers the entire realm of the Venio tool, including project setup, data processing, exception handling, ECA, searching, review, redacting, imaging and exporting. After the training course, candidates are required to pass a 60-question exam with a score of 80% or higher.
Although they now have the official certification, these three have worked rigorously since January on becoming fully acclimated with the Venio product and implementing it here at DSi.
“Having operational and client services personnel that have been able to obtain administration certification ensures that we are able to provide the highest level of service to our clients when using Venio for ECA, processing, review and productions,” says Johnson. “This just demonstrates an additional level of commitment to being ‘eDiscovery about people.’”
In addition to being a VenioOne Certified Administrator, Johnson has achieved Eclipse Admin Certification and is a Summation Certified Trainer. Jackson is also currently certified as a Catalyst Certified Administrator and an Everlaw Certified Support Pro. Needham is a Clearwell Certified Administrator, Catalyst Certified Predict Specialist, Catalyst Certified Administrator, and Catalyst Certified User.
We’re incredibly proud of the dedication these three have demonstrated for furthering their careers, providing the highest level of service to our clients, and exemplifying DSi’s core purpose.
