We care for our employees’ wellbeing and have taken steps to ensure our employees feel that they have a voice and that their opinion matters. One way we do that is through TINYpulse, a survey platform that gathers anonymous feedback. The survey is sent to employees each month as a way to gauge company-wide concerns, criticism and compliments, and the results are reviewed by an administrative team equipped to quickly address the feedback.

DSi huddleIn addition to our many culture programs and company initiatives, we offer all the standard benefits too: After 90 days of employment, all employees are eligible to receive medical, vision and dental insurance. We offer $50,000 basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance and long-term disability at no additional cost, and we offer voluntary life/AD&D insurance and short-term disability. Additionally, we have a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan, with a company match of up to four percent.

As you can see, the health and happiness of our employees is paramount at DSi. We have a “whatever it takes” attitude and thrive on doing what our eDiscovery competition says can’t be done, so we push ourselves to meet and exceed client expectations. We also allow our employees to be responsible for themselves and their contributions to the company.
