Tom co-founded DSi in 1999 to create a company with a different approach to eDiscovery — one that focused on the needs of both clients and employees. He is a frequent speaker on eDiscovery topics and has authored several white papers.

Kevin does more than manage DSi’s finances – he moves the company forward. Overseeing all contracts, compensation, insurance, HR and fixed asset acquisition and disposal, this business-savvy CPA has developed a framework for managing DSi’s growth and profitability and has kept DSi completely debt-free since inception.

A regular industry speaker, John has been instrumental to company growth, new market opportunities and client retention. He launched DSicover You and helped create our RGC and DSihold. He has more than 20 years of experience in management, sales and business development.

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Sandy supervises our client services team and coordinates eDiscovery projects from beginning to end. She joined DSi from law firm Bass, Berry & Sims, where she headed up the litigation technology team. She was a Navy brat and has lived all over the country.

In the legal services industry since 1994, Rob brings his considerable experience and strong leadership and management skills to bear for our clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue, where he was a record-breaking swimmer and president of his fraternity, Theta Chi.

As Vice President of Operations, Lance oversees the forensics, processing, imaging, scanning, application support and evidence department teams. He notes his days are like snowflakes – there are never two alike. A Pittsburgh native, Lance has a deep love for the Steelers and Penguins. When he’s not working or watching his teams play, you’ll likely find him near the water or in the Great Smoky Mountains with his two sons.

A graduate of Drexel University, Erica grew up in Pennsylvania. She now lives in Nashville and enjoys hiking and exploring new places. She has more than 12 years of accounting experience with both Aramark Corporation and Central Parking System.

With more than 10 years of IT experience, Brian understands its importance to a tech company. When DSi moved to new offices, Brian’s IT staff migrated the entire datacenter with minimal downtime and no outstanding issues. His college wrestling days may be behind him, but Brian knows how to take down the big jobs.

Steve came to DSi to get away from the culture he found at other corporate offices. A software engineer, he has more than 14 years of experience with .NET development and SQL database design and helped create DSihold. In his spare time, he creates apps for desktops, game consoles and the web.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee and an award-winning dressage rider, Shelia has more than 20 years experience in discovery management. Since joining DSi, she has handled data processing and production for clients. She is based out of the Atlanta office.

Austin has more than a decade of experience working with custom litigation technology. He works with some of the largest corporations and law firms in the country, helping them face the inevitable challenges that come with each new project.

In the litigation technology field since 2006, Jeff has extensive experience in all phases of electronic data discovery and digital forensics. He consults on eDiscovery projects and litigation technology services such as computer forensics, early case assessment, data processing, technology assisted review and web hosting all while helping clients contain costs. Jeff speaks at industry events across the country and is involved with many regional eDiscovery thought leadership groups.

Based out of Chicago, John brings more than 15 years of experience supporting corporate legal departments and law firms with various technologies. John bleeds gold and black for his alma mater, Purdue University, and he brings just as much zeal to his eDiscovery consulting. He is also an active distance runner and triathlete.

Tyler works to expand DSi’s client base in Ohio, Indiana and Northern Kentucky and is a fan of the Cincinnati Reds and University of Notre Dame. He joined DSi in 2010 and constantly demonstrates his expertise in ESI-related matters. Committed to eDiscovery education, Tyler frequently hosts industry roundtables.

Based out of DSi’s headquarters in Nashville, Scott partners with law firms and corporations in various regions across the U.S. Coincidentally, Scott is the son of a lawyer and software engineer, setting the stage for his career in legal technology. Eager to engage in eDiscovery discourse, he is a regular participant and presenter at industry related events. Scott is a University of Tennessee graduate and devoted Volunteer football fan.

Tim McMahon leads DSi’s Midwest region from the St. Louis office, and has more than 15 years of experience in legal technology and eDiscovery. He lives in Glendale, Missouri, the third happiest town in America, with his wife and two kids, where he cheers on the Saint Louis Cardinals and Saint Louis Blues.

Cary provides litigation technology services to both North and South Carolina from our Charlotte office. He says his proudest moment since joining DSi was beating out 20 other companies for a key client contract.

Eric has been with DSi almost from the beginning. He started out in the imaging department, but now works in litigation support for Nashville’s growing legal market. He secures new business by ensuring DSi provides services that are cost-effective and time-saving.

One of DSi’s longest tenured employees, Mike has more than 15 years of experience working in litigation technology. As a sports fan (Go Titans!), he exudes the same enthusiasm in managing the discovery process as he does rooting for his University of Iowa Hawkeyes.

In his former life, Garth was a country club chef. At DSi, he’s brought that level of organization and skill to many departments and teams. His more than 17 years of experience in the legal document services industry have been a great fit for DSi and our clients.

A native of Thailand (and fluent in Khmer), Sam was raised in Knoxville. He specializes in data collection, computer forensics, early case assessment, electronic data discovery and web hosting.

Blake joined DSi in 2013 as an accounts receivable specialist. Now, she supports the sales, marketing and business development teams, pushing us every day to maintain and improve overall efficiency. Roll Tide!

Ron has an unusual background in both law and software development, enabling him to communicate effectively with people in both industries. A problem-solver, Ron came to DSi so he could work on some of the most challenging problems in our industry. He is currently learning to hula dance with his kids.

A former Washington, D.C. attorney, Andrew joined DSi in 2013 to help clients manage large review projects. He has written many of the materials and manuals the company uses to help clients streamline their collection and review processes.

Jennifer believes that the most important part of her job is making clients happy. That means getting the job done well and on time. She takes pride in using her experience in review platforms and project management to plan and conduct efficient eDiscovery reviews.

Daniel has managed the processing of electronic data from more than 150 companies. He understands how to keep all the plates spinning while keeping your project on track. His more than 13 years of managing large projects makes him an integral part of DSi.

Abbye joined DSi in 2013 from Deloitte, where she trained and coached staff on eDiscovery policies, processes and procedures. She also worked as an attorney for six years. Abbye is a Memphis native and likes baking and playing with her daughter.

Tiffany came to DSi from Counsel On Call. She uses her legal experience and technical knowledge to help clients with workflow issues. A Nashville native, her parents own the iconic Fox’s Donut Den.

Mark used to work with eDiscovery review and production as an attorney. Today, he uses that first-hand knowledge to help clients with a variety of eDiscovery strategies. He received his J.D. from Ole Miss and is a fan of the Ole Miss Rebels and Nashville Predators.

With experience in a variety of eDiscovery review platforms, Alan is proficient in litigation support project management, project oversight implementation and process improvement. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international business and management from the University of South Carolina. When he’s not cheering on the Gamecocks, Alan enjoys drawing and playing his saxophone.

Justin joined DSi in 2010. After a few years in our sales department, Justin helped kick off our DSicover You program, which spurred his interest in company culture. As Culture Warrior, he ensures that DSi’s core purpose, “eDiscovery About People,” is felt by everyone in the organization.

Mandy started with DSi in the accounting department. She was so passionate about our company culture and growth that she was picked to head up our programs that focus on employee retention and happiness.

A graduate of MTSU, Whitney is a former associate manager with more than seven years of administrative experience and an extensive knowledge of marketing. Originally from Selmer, Tennessee, she loves traveling, photo journaling and playing with her dogs.

Tonya oversees key company-wide processes and workflows and is responsible for creating, documenting, and driving business process mapping and modeling. She joined DSi in 2009 and is certified in several eDiscovery technologies including Catalyst CR, Insight, Clearwell, Ipro Eclipse and Allegro.
